Dr. Marcial Felan
is the Pastor of Family Ministries and provides the vision, leadership supervision and direction for the Family Ministries staff and department. He oversees the programs offered by Family Ministries, provides counseling, supervises lay counselors and teaches special seminars/classes. Dr. Felan is an ordained minister, has two master’s degrees and a doctorate in marriage and family studies.

Laurie Moulton provides counseling and supervision of lay counselors. Laurie also teaches special classes/seminars and assists with major events for the Family Ministries department. She has a master’s degree in counseling psychology and a master’s in biblical studies.
