Evangelization in Ecuador

Born in Argentina, Daniel accepted Christ at the age of 25, after a life of materialism and drugs. He began serving in his local Baptist church in his Sunday school, and there he realized that the Lord could use him in a special way in the area of evangelism. In order to prepare for what the Lord had for him, he studied at Word of Life Bible Institute in Argentina where he felt a great burden to share the Gospel.

Ana was born in Colombia. Since coming to know the Lord, Ana's desire has always been to serve Him, with a special interest in the Indians of the jungle in Colombia. She went there with her first husband and saw hundreds of Indians come to Christ. Because of this, the guerrillas who controlled and used these Indians for their purposes were angered, and only a year after they started, her husband was killed. After this, Ana went to study and work in Argentina, where she and Daniel met and were later married.

The Lord soon opened the door for Daniel to become a missionary in Ecuador, and he and Ana made the decision to go. Today they continue to preach the Gospel, and are working with local churches, evangelical campaigns, camps, open-air evangelism in the streets, and Bible conferences. Daniel is the Director of the Word of Life ministry in Ecuador. Their desire is to see many Ecuadorians coming to Jesus Christ as Savior.
