Young Marrieds Pastor
Troy Leeman (and his wife Lisa)
Troy Leeman has been on staff at Shadow Mountain since 2000. He considers his role as Young Marrieds Pastor among his greatest blessings. He is married to his best friend, Lisa, and is father to his daughter, Arden, and boys, Ryker and Tate. Troy leads a staff of coordinators, teaches Sunday mornings, heads a leadership team, counsels couples and individuals, and builds relationships. As Young Marrieds Pastor, Troy’s desire is to see couples grow in their knowledge of the Bible, build solid relationships, and become transformed into men and women of God. He values his role as mentor/teacher/pastor immensely and relishes any and every opportunity to help couples grow.
Young Marrieds Associate Pastor
James Darnell (and his wife Amy)
James' background comes from Professional Baseball, where he played with the San Diego Padres and Tampa Bay Rays. He recently retired and is answering the call into ministry. James has a heart to train and equip believers to grow in their faith. In conjunction with his work with the Young Marrieds Ministry, James is studying for his Master's of Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary. His wife Amy is a professional violinist and instructor. Amy plays in the Shadow Mountain orchestra. Amy and James met at the University of South Carolina and married in 2012. They have a son, Caleb, and a daughter, Abby.
Young Marrieds Event and Ministry Coordinator
Allison Williard (and her husband Robert)
Allison (Alli) has been serving in the Young Marrieds Ministry since 2011. She has enjoyed heading up the TLC First Time Mommy Baby Showers for the past few years, serving alongside Robert as they lead the Party-4-Two sub-ministry (for couples without children), and encouraging Robert as he leads the Mantivities (Man Activities). She enjoys hosting parties, working on fun Bucket List activities, and pouring into the marriages of our Young Marrieds community. Having not grown up here in San Diego, Alli is very passionate about making the YMC community as much like a family atmosphere as possible - truly being brothers and sisters in Christ.
Young Marrieds Ministry Coordinator
Daniela Wojciechowski (and her husband Matt)
Daniela and Matt have been apart of Young Marrieds since 2016. Daniela is a military spouse, and has volunteered at Matts command as a Family Readiness Group President for 4 years- giving her a wealth of knowledge and experience with event planning and coordinating. Matt and Daniela have been married for ten years and have three daughters, Ali, Gracie, and Rylie. Daniela's positive attitude and outlook on life, show through her passion to serve the ministry, and her desire to help plan events to bring spouses closer together.
