Greeting Team

This team stands at the doors and welcome all the men who attend the Bible study.  They walk newcomers to the registration table and hand off to the registration team. 5 minutes before study ends, they take their position at the doors again and thank everyone for coming to the Men’s study and tell them you hope to see them next week.   This ministry requires the ability to punctually get to Bible study 30 minutes early and stay 15 minutes after. All you need is a friendly demeanor, big smile and a joyful heart.  

Fixers Team 

We are looking for men who are excited to help Shadow Mountain members who are either widows, elderly, poor, and military wives who’s husbands are on deployment with minor repairs and helpful services.  The way it works is you let us know your skillset and availability. When a request comes in we will match the need with the right men and shoot out an email. You then either accept or decline the invite.  This ministry requires availability, the ability to lift 40lbs, your own transportation and tools and a background check.  

Table Leader Team

This team is made up of faithful men who have a heart for other men and desire to see them grow in the Lord and in relationship with brothers. A pastoral heart to care for the men at their table beyond just leading on Tuesday nights. This means, among other things, regularly communicating with their table members, reaching out to those table members who don’t attend, mobilizing table members to serve especially those at their table and their families when needs arise. Orientation and training are required to lead.  

Albania Missions Trip April 17 – 30, 2023  (Estimated Cost:  $2,100)

This Global Team will travel to Albania and build two “Container Cabins” for the Legacy Hill Summer Camp ministry.  Skill set needed – Electrical, welding, construction, painting, and flooring.   A good work ethic and a high level of cultural sensitivity is foundational for this Team.  Email – Steve Jenkins  or call him at 619-672-9000
