We want every woman to connect with God, His Word, and other women who will help them grow! Shadow Mountain Women is designed for women of all ages to belong to an authentic Christ-centered church community where they will experience growth and life change through the Word of God.
“For the equipping of the saints for the work of service, to the building up of the body of Christ; until we all attain to the unity of faith, and the knowledge of the Son of God, to a mature woman (man), to the measure of the stature which belongs to the fullness of Christ.” Ephesians 4:12-13
Study through the book of Romans with us, focusing on four main themes: Salvation, Sanctification, Sovereignty and Service.

Often, God will use ordinary people to fulfill His extraordinary purpose. God chose Amos to stand against the materialism, injustices, and idolatry that characterized the Samaria of his day. On the surface, his prophecy doesn’t sound like a happy formula for the good life. However, every condemnation he gives serves as an invitation, a cry for us to “seek God and live” (Amos 5:4). You’re invited to live assured, faithful, chosen, humble, justly, prayerful, and hopeful.
Amos is promoting the God life, and the God life is the good life!

Do you have trouble thinking of words to say to God when you pray? Are you afraid some emotions are too intense to express to God? Do you reach the end of a day only to realize you haven’t prayed at all? You’re not alone. Prayer is the way we relate to God, but sometimes it’s a struggle. Throughout God’s Word, we encounter many voices who teach us how to pray.
In this 7-session study, join with six beloved Bible teachers who will help you study prayers in the Bible that can inspire your own. You’ll learn that God welcomes your praise and lament, your thanksgiving and intercession. You’ll see examples of how to pray when you’re alone and when you’re gathered with others. Above all, you’ll notice there’s no one right way to pray. As you draw near to God through prayer, you’ll find your faith strengthened and your heart united to Christ.

The Amazing Collection takes you on a unique journey through Scripture, pointing to Jesus from Genesis through Revelation.
This fall we are starting our 3-year journey with Genesis!
You can start at any part of the study going through the Bible to where you began, in order to get your 3 year certificate. For example, if you start with Romans, you will complete your 3 year study with Acts.
This study is for beginning and advanced Bible students with additional study notes to help you go even deeper.
This study is through Big Dream Ministries with 11 workbooks that cover all 66 books of the Bible.
Each week there will be 5 days of study (the big picture, a crucial chapter, a prominent player, a notable feature, and a timeless principle), requiring 3-8 hours of study time each week. You can complete a day at a time like a devotional, or you can complete more days in a sitting depending on the time you have each week.
Through this study you will gain a more thorough understanding of the WHO-WHAT-WHEN-WHERE-WHY of each book of the Bible while enjoying discussion time and fellowship with your group.
Big Dream Ministries videos bring the books of the Bible to life.
You will experience a deeper walk with our Creator and Lord, the Author of the one book that can change your life!
For more information, email class administrator Jo-Ann Turner or Kim Williams.

Connecting Women through Discipleship and Mentoring
Each relationship is unique and tailored to meet the needs of the woman with the goal of growing in Christ. Walk through life with a Godly woman who pours wisdom, encouragement, and prayer into your life as you face various trials and joys.
If there are times in your life when you just wish you could talk with a friend, share happy news (or sad), or meet for coffee and some "girl time", our Mentoring ministry is for you. This warm and supportive relationship with a devoted Christian woman allows you to "do life" with someone who cares for you using Biblical principles. When partnered with Discipleship, you can be equipped with a deeper understanding of a Christ-centered lifestyle and what that means to believers. Our Discipleship Ministry offers a more structured approach. It includes basic elements of our Christian faith presented in a lovely workbook/study format. Please take that first step...reach out to us and we'll be there for you!
